Despite the negatives, there were a few aspects that made my stay bearable. The hotel was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants which allowed me to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful which made me feel a bit more at ease. Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable which was a saving grace during my stay.
My experience over the Christmas period was not ideal. the noise from outside was really distracting and kept me up at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a shopping street nearby, making it convenient for me to explore and shop. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were friendly and attentive to my needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the sitting area, dressing area, and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located has some shopping streets nearby, allowing for some leisure time. there are several bus stops located within walking distance from the hotel. the hotel provides clean and spacious rooms, with large comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's rest.
The lack of proper room service and cleaning services can be disappointing.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming during our New Year stay. the rooms were well-maintained with comfortable beds, making it a nice stay overall. the hotel was situated in a convenient location close to several restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket.
the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell of humidity that was very unpleasant.
